Do customers pay platform fees?
No. Customers see the exact quote vendors send. Ayojon's commission is taken from the vendor's side only.
When does the commission apply?
Only when a booking is completed and the customer confirms delivery. Cancelled or refunded bookings carry no commission.
When do I get paid out?
Default payout is 72 hours after the customer confirms delivery — a three-day window for any disputes to surface. Pro vendors can opt into instant payout for a 1.5% fee. All payouts via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
What happens if a customer disputes delivery?
Our team reviews the in-app chat, files exchanged, and milestone history. Funds stay in escrow until resolution.
